Ask Me Anything (AMA) with Esther Barrett, ADHD Coach
An open, member-only conversation on the real questions behind your coaching practice
Our AMA sessions are not presentations or lectures. They are live, facilitated conversations where members bring what’s real for them right now - questions, dilemmas, uncertainties - and explore them openly with an experienced practitioner.
About this AMA - Working with ADHD and Neurodiversity
Esther Barrett was 53 when she was diagnosed with ADHD. After 25 years in education consultancy and training, she trained as a coach and supervisor and now specialises in working with ADHD and neurodivergent clients.
She supports clients to identify their strengths, develop practical strategies, and navigate the challenges that can arise in work and life. Alongside her coaching practice, she delivers ADHD and neurodiversity awareness workshops, coach training, supervision, and facilitates support networks for both coaches and clients.
In this 60-minute online AMA, Esther invites your questions on any aspect of ADHD coaching, including:
• The challenges clients with ADHD may bring to coaching • How neurodivergence can shape the coaching relationship • Co-existing conditions and how they show up in sessions • Rejection Sensitivity (RSD) and its impact on coaching conversations • Coaching approaches and tools that support neurodivergent clients • What to do if you suspect a client may be neurodivergent
You can ask Esther anything about her practice, so the session will be organic, practical, and shaped by what matters most to you.
Who is this AMA for?
This session is designed for: • New and experienced coaches • Executive, leadership, career, health, and wellbeing coaches • Supervisors and internal coaches • Practitioners who value reflective depth over quick fixes
If you’ve ever thought, “I wish I could just ask someone who’s been here before”, this session is for you.
Resources
All registered participants will receive access to the session recording and any resources shared during the conversation.
