Speaker Bio
Julia Duncan is a professional and pragmatic coaching supervisor and coach, dedicated to supporting new coaches, coaching practitioners, and coaching clients in pursuing their aspirations and goals. She is a Fellow of the CIPD and a qualified ILM L7 Coaching Supervisor and ILM L5 Coach. Passionate about professional and personal growth, Julia has trained over 500 people to be coaches and continues to coach clients from all sectors to develop strategic insight, confidence, and resilience to cope with and manage the challenges and complexities of constant change. Her wealth of experience is gained from working internationally in HR and OD leadership roles in the private sector and is the owner of The Development Partnership, a thriving leadership development and coaching business.
