The 7C Lens is a model that coaches and supervisors can readily use as a reference point when considering how to respond when mental health shows up in coaching.

In this LinkedIn Live interview, our guest, Dearbhalla Baviera, guides us through the 7Cs in a practical and accessible manner. This approach helps coaches and supervisors consciously assess and enhance their capability and competency.

The 7C Lens includes active self-reflection, activating our internal supervisor as well as informing cases that we might bring to supervision:

We interview Dearbhalla about her work as a coach and supervisor with the AC Mental Health and Wellbeing working group. She will share some of her experience using this model over the last year, leveraging the collaborative work in developing the AC Mental Health and Wellbeing Guidelines.
