As a life coach I help people achieve their true potential by giving them the self-knowledge, tools and techniques they need to secure whatever it is they really want - a more rewarding career, a healthier lifestyle, better personal relationships, a balanced lifestyle. I help them develop self-confidence, reduce stress, find focus and direction, create and achieve personal goals and build a balanced lifestyle. As a small business mentor I advise business owners on the best ways of developing and growing their business to achieve the financial rewards and personal satisfaction they desire.
I coach by Zoom, Teams etc and by telephone, and I also provide e-mail support between sessions. Coaching sessions are usually one hour long and held fortnightly but I also offer one-off and/or extended sessions when a client has a specific challenge that needs resolving quickly. For prospective clients I offer a free half-hour exploratory session or phone call where we explore what you want out of life, the ways in which I can help you and how we might work together. These exploratory sessions are without obligation.
