Dr. Rossella Ciriello, graduated in Clinical Psychology, with honours in Turin (Italy), in 2001. She was a Member of the Professional Register of Psychologists of Piedmont from 2004 to 2019 then she left to devote herself completely to the new interests born from attending Ericksonian Hypnosis Courses in Europe and the USA. Since 2014 she entirely dedicated her professional time to Coaching by attending Master Coach Giuseppe Platania's courses and Robert Dilts' Lectures/Seminars. She is currently a Trainer of professional Life Coaches with a focus on the development of Generative Coaching. Since 2018, she has studied Supervision and Mentoring under the guidance of Master Coach Giuseppe Platania and then starting a collaboration with his Coaching organisation. Since 2019 she has been CEO and Partner of Coaching Shapes and personally follows Coaching developments in Northern Italy.
