Alison has spent the last 16 years as an executive coach, facilitator and Transactional Analysis psychotherapist, recently focusing in the cross cultural and global mobility sector. She works with individuals and teams to achieve positive, lasting change during professional, cultural and personal transitions. She has a reputation for delivering leadership development, behavioural change and coaching programmes with integrity, honesty and insightfulness. She spent the previous 15 years in sales management, working in Europe and the USA for major IT multi-nationals where she gained experience as a manager and as a coach. Alison has worked in challenging roles in the private, commercial, public and voluntary sectors and has specialist knowledge in the cross-cultural arena. Alison specialises in designing and delivering culturally appropriate coaching and training programmes that take into account both the goals of the organisation, along with the motivations of the individuals involved.
