Ros Smith has been an Executive Coach since 2013 initially as part of the BBC Executive Coaching Network and is self employed. The BBC Executive Coaching training programme is Accredited by the Association for Coaching.
Ros is passionate about helping people to learn and develop and coaching is a great way to do this. People have the resources to achieve their goals, and coaching provides the space and thinking environment to do this. She is convinced of the power of coaching to deliver real and positive change.
Her coaching style is warm and supportive and, when needed, challenging and she also likes to give people an idea of how coaching works so they can also explore how to help themselves.
Alongside being a coach, Ros worked at the BBC for over 20 years in Production, Senior Leadership and Technology and you can find out more about her experience on LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/ros-smith-73a44837/
