How do I change my password?

If you know your password and would like to change it, log into your profile and click on the Profile section. Next to Password, click on (change) with will activate a pop-up box where you can enter your new password.

Sometimes the password reset emails go to spam folders so please start by checking there.

Some tips for you when logging in:

• Please note both fields are case sensitive
• If copying and pasting do double check that there are no rogue spaces at the beginning or end
• Be careful to use the correct 0 or O

If these are correct it could possibly be your security settings preventing access, so it is also worth setting us as a safe site, and even changing your Browser can help (sometimes what doesn’t work in Internet Explorer works fine in Chrome or Firefox, and vice versa).
