How do I change my notifications and digests sign-up?

To unsubscribe from the Digests please log into your account and click on the Welcome “your Name” on the top right navigation bar.

From here select “Account and Settings” from the dropdown list and the Information & Settings.

The Digests and Updates can be found at the bottom of the page.
