Ngozi Lyn ColeNgozi Lyn Cole is an executive coach and leadership catalyst. She holds non-executive posts including Chair of the Northeast Justice Together Initiative and Board Vice Chair at the South Tyneside & Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust. She has significant experience of leadership and executive coaching; running action learning; developing and implementing strategy; organizational and leadership development; change management; collaboration and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). In 2016, Ngozi was on the New View 50 list of most influential Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people working in the public sector. In 2020, she was on the Lloyds Banking Group Kindness and Leadership 50 Leading Lights List and in 2021, the Northern Health Science Alliance #NorthernInnovationWomen. Ngozi believes that everyone has the passion and potential to achieve their ambition and sees her ‘why’ as supporting individuals and organizations to do just that.
