Completing the application form

The membership application form consists of 3 sections;

1. Membership selection
2. Member information
3. Membership fees due

Fields marked with an * are mandatory and must be completed to proceed with the application. Those fields that are not marked with an * can be completed at a later date by editing your profile.

Information will only be saved when the application is completely finished and submitted, so we suggest that you complete it with minimal information to start with, and once saved you can log back in to edit at your convenience.

Please do check when you get to the end that you have completed all the mandatory fields, tick the box labelled ‘I Accept the Terms of Use’ and click the button labelled Submit – once this is done, you will immediately have the application confirmed and payment will be requested.
