Art of Team Coaching Supervision

How can Team Coaches help clients navigate the practical and psychological issues that arise in this VUCA (volatile, uncertain, chaotic, ambiguous) world? How do they take care of their own needs and continue to provide the depth and quality of coaching so needed in these times?

The Art of Team Coaching is supervision with a difference. Our speakers share how their approach to Team Coaching Supervision uses a combination of edgy ideas, critical thinking and support, plus practices for exploration and analysis.

In this webinar you will learn:

  • The complexity of Team Coaching using a systemic lens
  • Psychological safety in group supervision
  • The Art of Team Coaching supervision

Who is this for?
