Guest Bios

Aubyn Howard is the co-founder of Psychosynthesis Coaching Limited and author of ‘Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching - a psychology of being for a time of crisis’ (2020). He is also the Director of Coaching at the Institute of Psychosynthesis.

Aubyn holds an MA in Psychosynthesis Psychology and an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies with the HPRG at Surrey University. He draws upon more than 30 years’ experience as an organizational consultant, facilitator and coach, supporting change and leadership development within organizations across different sectors and cultures. Aubyn is a Certified Spiral Dynamics and NLP practitioner, an APECS Accredited Master Executive Coach, an EMCC Senior Practitioner and EMCC Global Coach Supervisor

 

Krista Powell Edwards is an experienced coach, facilitator and trainer. She has a MA in Human Resource Management, and is an accredited coach and a certified Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Krista specializes in credibility and how to demonstrate credibility to perform, influence and impact - how individuals can demonstrate personal credibility, and how teams can build positive workplace relationships. Krista is the author of 'Credible HR'.

 

Rachel Blackman is a somatic coach, trainer, mentor, theatre maker and Feldenkrais practitioner. She trains coaches to work with embodied intelligence at The Somatic School. Her areas of specialism include creativity, embodied intelligence, and supporting change in our clients at the level of neuroplasticity. She runs a private practice working 1:1 and teaches embodied intelligence more broadly via online courses. She is based in Brighton UK where she lives with her husband and stepson by the sea.
