Guest BiosJeannette Marshall is an AC Accredited Master Executive Coach, has achieved accreditation with the Coaching Academy and has a Diploma in Business Performance Coaching. As Head of Coaching at Marshall Vere Associates and through her work with the AC as former AC Director of Accreditation and AC UK Chair, she is passionate about crafting coaching programmes that bring about measurable changes in organizations. Jeannette excels in bringing groups together to focus on a common objective. Her delivery style is highly motivational, charismatic and energetic. Jeremy Lazarus is an AC Accredited Master Executive Coach, a Certified Master Trainer of NLP and a former finance director. He started coaching and training professionally in 1999 and specializes in leadership and business coaching and the use of NLP in business, sport and coaching. His company, The Lazarus Consultancy Ltd, provides coach training accredited by the Association for Coaching, the ILM, and the Institute of Leadership. He is a Fellow of the AC, has been a coaching assessor for the AC since 2013, and is the author of four best-selling books. Chloë Garland is an executive, life and career coach and the founder of Quarter-Life (2017), a coaching company that helps those in their 20's and 30's have more fulfilling careers and navigate the ‘quarter-life crisis’. After a profound experience with a career coach in her early 20s, Chloë founded the business to make coaching more accessible to young adults as they navigate their early careers. Quarter-Life also partners with businesses to provide executive coaching and training to millennials and Gen Z in the workplace, helping companies to better support, develop, and retain their young employees, and to create coaching cultures from the ground up.
