Speaker Bio

Carol is a coach of 20 years and a member of the Disruptive Tech Workstream of the Future of Coaching Collaboration, a group taking a multi-stakeholder view of the coaching market and the impact of tech. An optimist with caveats, Carol eschews the dystopian images associated with AI while taking a hard look at ethics issues. She actively follows the market to support the coaching community on its learning curve about new products and platforms. Carol also brings experience as a Learner and Mentor on digital learning platforms such as Coursera, where she is currently enrolled in the Human-Computer Interaction specialisation.
