Speaker Bios

Valerie Fawcett is an experienced coach, mediator, and personal and management development trainer. Her use of the Functional Fluency model came from Transactional Analysis, which she used in training and coaching.

David Brown is a coach and trainer with a background in education. He is a co-founder and director at Future Fixers CIC, a social enterprise that supports businesses and other organizations to put people and the planet at the heart of what they do.
