Membership > As an organizational member, how do I add additional members and students?

To check the current Individuals that are part of your membership from your online account (Primary Contact only) – simply select Information and Settingsthen Individuals to see the list. If you have any changes please let us know; we need name and email addresses for any new people.

Adding Students

If you are an AC Organizational Member of the AC (Coaching and Training Organization or Not-for-Profit) you can include one year gifted Introductory Associate membership of the AC for your students.

Adding Individuals

Organizational Membership (CTO and NP) Packages Band 1 includes the organization’s named individual (primary contact) and up to 5 Associate members. Band 2 includes the organization’s named individual (primary contact) and up to 15 Associate members.

If you know the details of all the members you wish to add to your Organizational Package, please download and complete the Organization Details Form and upload when you join. Alternatively, if you are already and AC Organizational member you can send your completed form to our Membership Department:

Once received and processed, our membership team will contact you to confirm the new members have been added to your account, with a copy to the new people welcoming them to the AC and confirming their membership and log in details. Please do let your members know to expect an email from us: as it will be sent from our bulk mailing system these can sometimes get caught up in spam filters.

If you would like more than 15 Associate members please contact the Membership Department as we can provide a preferential rate.
