Why am I not showing in the member directory?

At present, public profiles on the AC directory is a member benefit for Member level and above. Please visit our full Member Benefits for further information.

Upgrading is easy to do and can be done at any time during your membership year, but we ask that you ensure you have the correct training and experience for the higher membership levels. Please see here for details.

To show up on the online directory, please ensure that you have completed the following within your AC profile:

  • Your name
  • Locations covered (all the areas you cover, not just where you are based, and you can also add e.g. Skype if you cover other areas in this format)
  • Accredited Coach* if you have completed this
  • Keywords you wish to be found by such as ‘executive’ or ‘facilitator’

*Please note that if you have AC Accreditation this will be added from the admin side; if you are not showing as such please contact us at at the appropriate email address mentioned above. Please note this is for AC accreditations only; for accreditation with any other body you may mention this in your general profile, but this will not appear in the accredited members listing.

Your profile appears on each of these searches, and please note there may be a delay of up to 4 hours on the directory when changes are made to a profile.
