Sam Isaacson, coach, author, Chair of Coaching Professional apprenticeship trailblazer group and in his new role as Global Director of Consulting at CoachHub, talks to our host, Claudia Day, about various cutting-edge tools that can enhance and grow our creativity as coaches.

In this enlightening conversation, Sam speaks about the wide variety of technological tools he uses in his coaching, ranging from PowerPoint to Virtual Reality. He became the first executive coach to offer virtual reality coaching, which he enthusiastically advocates as a much more natural, easier tool for coaches and coachees to use than video calls and one that we need to get used to.

Sam encourages us to research the tools that suit our coaching style, embracing the co-creation that technology offers. These tools can broaden the impact of our coaching conversations beyond using our cognitive left-brain into the subconscious awareness of our right brain: allowing for new coachee insights and perspectives.
