Adina Tarry

Adina is an experienced leadership and management consultant, digital transformation, AI and O/D strategist, business, and consumer psychologist, visiting lecturer, author and speaker. She holds multiple accreditations at Master and other coaching accreditations (for team, executive, supervision, business) with several bodies (AC, APECS, EMCC). Adina combines extensive international business experience, science and technology, psychology and cross-cultural savvy, based on her life and work in six countries with multilingual ability.

Dr Nicky Terblanche

Nicky is head of programme of the MPhil Coaching, and senior lecturer and research supervisor on the MBA and PhD programmes at the University of Stellenbosch Business School (USB), South Africa. His academic interests include leadership coaching, AI and machine learning in coaching and management, transformative learning and coaching. He also runs an executive and leadership coaching practice. He is the creator of the AI Coach Vici.

Rebecca Rutschmann

Rebecca is a tech entrepreneur and the co-founder of the coaching tech start-up Evoach, offering a domain-specific chatbot creator for coaches. As a communications specialist, certified business coach and an expert in creating outstanding digital and intelligent user experiences, she wrote her business-coaching thesis on ‘online self-coaching’. Her mission: to fully liberalize coaching by creating an intelligent, digital and gamified chatbot application for hybrid coaching.
