Let's Talk Coaching Business!

The mindset, skillset, and actions needed to start and run a successful coaching business.

There is more to running a coaching business than being a great coach. Especially when you're just starting out, you need to wear many hats and manage workload, priorities and your mind around it all. Knowing what to expect gives you a head start.

Across ten webinars, you will learn what you need to know, think, and do to successfully run a coaching business and the many roles you need to play in your business to succeed as a coach: from the CEO to the janitor.

We will discuss in detail each main area of a coaching business (marketing, sales, finances, operations, etc.), and you will have the opportunity to apply the concepts to your circumstances and get personalized feedback.

Who is this Signature Programme for?

The programme is aimed at recently (or soon to be) qualified coaches who want to understand the practicalities and mindset implications of running a coaching business. Given the breadth of concepts covered and the information provided, more established coaches will also benefit from attending.

In this Signature Programme you will learn:

a)           What starting and running a coaching business means and the many roles you need     to play in your business

b)          How to identify your target audience and get yourself and your work in front of them

c)           How to create a coaching offer and understand the coaching selling process

d)          How to strategically make decisions in your coaching business

e)          The difference between a business owner mindset and an employee mindset.

Active learning

The webinars will include practical information that you can implement in your business straight away. Two of the ten sessions will exclusively focus on applying the concepts in practice, and there will be opportunities to get personalized feedback and engage in peer discussions.
