Questioning the Accepted Norms of Coaching

Is coaching as good as it could be? Ian Day thinks there is some way to go before the profession matures.

In this insightful discussion, using three examples, Ian outlines why we should question the validity of the norms within coaching rather than accepting these without challenge.

This is not done in the way that a destructive anarchist may try to pull down society but with the intention to truly understand and serve the interests of our coachees, organizations and society as a whole.

In this webinar you will learn:

  • To question the validity of established assumptions, using three examples
  • To consider the broader context in with coaching has developed and now operates
  • To evaluate your coaching practice and the coaching profession

Who is this for?

Seasoned Coaches, Executive Coaches, Personal or Career Coaches, New Coaches, Health Coaches, Coaching Supervisors, Internal Coaches, HR /OD Professionals or Leader Coaches.
