I am passionate about helping women create their dream lives, particularly midlife mums and female entrepreneurs. I have helped my clients achieve personal and career goals, gain more confidence, improve their relationships and achieve better work life balance. On my own journey of self discovery, I have reinvented myself several times. I worked in a corporate marketing job, then ran my own fitness business while juggling a marriage and two small children, and finally found my passion in life coaching. I have learned that in order to navigate life’s challenges, we first need to find happiness and peace within. Once we have realised that, we can achieve things beyond our wildest dreams.
