Chloë Garland, founder of Quarter-Life, joins Rob Lawrence and reveals how meeting a coaching wizard at a young age changed her life trajectory and spurred her into entrepreneurial coaching success. Chloë specializes in coaching the under the ’30s on how to navigate the Quarter-Life Crisis. She explains the unique difficulties faced by the “Comparison Generation”, and explains why she coaches on the value of choice, self-awareness, and self-empowerment.

Chloë shares her insightful belief that coaching is as much a way of being as it a way of doing and how she constantly challenges the narrative of what a coaching practice should look like. Chloë discloses how she gained her first clients and how she works to maintains her authentic approach, fostering relationships and scheduling time to meet people, and how this enabled her business to gain traction.

Chlöe Garland

Chloë is the founder of Quarter-Life, a coaching company that supports U30’s in their careers. After a profound experience with a career coach in her early 20’s, Chloë decided to start a business that supports other young adults who needed help with their career paths. Quarter-Life began as a 1-1 career-coaching practice and grew whilst partnering with universities, schools, and charities to provide career support for young adults.

In 2019, Quarter-Life was selected to join the Deutsche Bank’s ‘Women Entrepreneurs in Social Tech’ (WIST), a programme that supports female founders in scaling their businesses. Chloë and her team now work with organizations to create the best cultures for U30’s by implementing bespoke coaching and training.
