040: Creating a Coaching Business for Future Generations with Robin Chu

“Approach senior leaders; never be afraid to ask for help."

Robin Chu, Founder and CEO of CoachBright, a social mobility charity, talks to Rob Lawrence about his passion for bringing coaching into the lives of school-aged young people and how coaching can transform their life trajectory.

Robin describes social mobility and what it means to coach in schools and universities. He reveals how he managed to engage those organizations and encouraged them to see the value coaching brings to their pupils and teachers.

Robin also shares how he scaled the business – having coach-trained over 900 university students who are now delivering coach programs to schools in disadvantaged communities across the UK.
