Toby Mildon is a Diversity and Inclusion Architect and founder of Mildon, a boutique consultancy and advisory business and the author of ‘Inclusive Growth.” Toby works with companies to re-engineer processes and systems to minimize the impact of bias, privilege and micro-aggressions to build an inclusive culture and a diverse workplace. Before setting up his business Toby worked as an in-house diversity and inclusion manager at the BBC and Deloitte.
