 Guest's BioDr Rob Willson PhD has been a practitioner, author, trainer and researcher in the cognitive behavioural approach for more than 25 years. He has written extensively about the application of cognitive behavioural strategies in therapy, coaching and self-help. Rob regularly teaches nationally and internationally on CBT for obsessional problems and teaches cognitive behavioural coaching at Henley Business School.
