Claudia Day is a coach and entrepreneur, passionate about coaching as a mean to overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and realize their full potential. She is the co-founder of My Coaching Place, a platform that connects coaches in training with people to coach, creating affordable access to valuable 1-1 coaching whilst supporting coaches with the hours required for accreditation. She also supports the coaching community by being a member of the Association for Coaching UK Leadership Team, she is accredited by the EMCC and an editor and contributor of the three-book series Coaching Tools.

Julie Flower is a leadership and team development practitioner and coach specializing in systems leadership and integrated improvisation. She is an experienced improv performer who is also working with the award-winning Improbotics group, exploring AI and human interaction. Julie is an external tutor in coaching at Henley Business School and the co-editor of Coaching Tools volumes one and two.

Jen has been applying psychology in the workplace for over 25 years, working as an external consultant, an internal practitioner and a leader. She is a Chartered Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and an accredited coach and coach supervisor. Jen is the editor and co-author of Coaching as a Leader, published in collaboration with the Association for Coaching and Kogan Page.

Helen O'Grady is a Master Executive Coach (AC), MCC(ICF) and a Master Accredited Coach Supervisor with the Universal Coaching Alliance. With over 15 years of international coaching experience, she specializes in supervising and mentoring coaches to enhance their practice and client impact. Helen creates transformative supervision spaces for coaches, helping them refine their skills and deepen their professional development by understanding what they do and why they do it.

Kate has over 20 years working in leadership teams, and as a fellow of the CIPD, Kate Jenkinson is an ILM level 7 Executive Coach and has become the trusted development coach for commercial and functional leaders, with strengths in strategic outlook, ideation and creating learning cultures.

She is also an ND/ADHD coach and trainer, supporting and enabling neurodiverse talent. She is also a performance and business poet, TedX motivational speaker, author and the founder of the Business in Poet conference.

Helena's work is supporting organisations and leadership teams in all sectors to create healthy and human working cultures. Done mostly through designing and running powerful bespoke leadership development workshops and interventions, she is also a coach and coach supervisor. Threaded through and in addition to her core work is her research and pioneering workshops exploring love and the role it could - and perhaps should - play in leadership and in our organisations, as well as in our wider lives.
