Dr Richard Hale

Dr Richard Hale is Leadership and Learning Lead with UKRI - integrating action learning and action research with leadership development for scientific and research communities. He is a published author in the field of action learning and an academic supervisor to leaders, through action research to doctoral level. Richard’s own doctoral research explored the nature of learning in mentoring relationships. He developed the Action Learning Question method which is now applied widely to support organization development and change.
