What is Real Team Coaching? with Georgina Woudstra and Allard de Jong

"Change happens when we help the team become more than what they are.”

In episode two of our Team Coaching series, Georgina Woudstra and Allard de Jong take a deeper dive into what they understand real team coaching to be. They re-examine what the core of coaching is about, and look at what can happen when a coach shifts from one-to-one coaching to working with teams.

Join us as they discuss the different phases that occur in team coaching and explain the Team Coaching Competencies Wheel, as well as share invaluable insights about the centre of that wheel: the philosophy and stance of the coach. You will learn more about the use of mantras that can help you stay present as a coach, the power of presence, the ‘use of self,’ and active experiments.
