Free Coaching

Posted By Sonia Saxton, 10 July 2025
Looking for those with a real coaching need who would like two hours free coaching. I run an International Qualification in Neuro Linguistic Coaching and Managing Cultural Change once a year. My delegates have completed their course work and are ready to qualify. They can only qualify if they coach someone with a real need who would like a free Profile and coaching on their specific need for two hours. Please see attached document for more information. In summary it will provide you with two hours coaching in exchange for your feedback, subject to Profiling and checking your need will be met by the process. I have two places left for this coaching which will take place in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. If you would like more details, please contact me Sonia@saxtonpartners.co.uk

Stress and the City

Excited about my upcoming events in London and hope to see some coaching colleagues attend or recommend to their contacts perhaps? Stress is such a common problem in the workplace and it takes a lot to get people to talk about it and share their problems ...but it's the first step to developing resilience and learning coping mechanisms. We had some great feedback last week at the first session we ran where people really appreciated the opportunity to talk about stress and its impact and admit that modern life is challenging and demanding and that our 'always on' culture doesn't serve us well. Social media was just one of the topics that was covered, but the tendency to become isolated and withdraw is the worrying first step to real anxiety and from there potentially depression. It's a fact that inactivity breeds depression. If you have clients who are stuck and limiting their lives and you need some answers please come along and find out more.
