Applying Neuroscience to Your Coaching Practice with Professor Patricia Riddell

“I feel if you were a coach who didn’t know about neuroscience, you’d be like a mechanic who doesn’t know how a car works.”

Professor of Applied Neuroscience, Patricia Riddell, joins our host Claudia Day, to explain why it is so important for coaches to understand and apply neuroscience techniques in coaching.

Patricia explains why understanding how we learn, remember, make decisions and create our own emotional responses can empower coaches to improve their practice and provide more effective coaching for clients.
