Research shows that certain approaches can be effective, however, it also shows that integrating more than one approach can be even more effective. We will look in more detail at some of these approaches and tools, what the research says, and how coaches can apply this in their own practice. In this podcast series, Claudia Day, coach and entrepreneur, co-founder of My Coaching Place, talks to experts in different coaching approaches which include some live coaching demos to help you better understand how it is put into practice.
