057: Greg Baker on Learning to Adapt and Upskill

"Trying to see the world from their lens and not just my lens is critical.”"

Greg Baker, Executive and Paralympic Coach joins Dr. Alexandra Morgan in a podcast interview about his coaching journey. Greg explains how he took his high-performance sports experience into executive coaching and the impact this had on coaching leaders and creating robust, high-performance teams.

Greg shares his critical learnings since setting out in the Paralympic world and explains how his ability to flex and adapt his approach, deliver under extreme pressure, and upskill his coaching questions led him to better understand the athlete, their position in society, and gain a deeper view on their perspectives.
