Gamu Matarira is a Consultant, Coach, Educator and Speaker with over 20 years’ experience in global business environments. Co-founder of African Leadership Global (CEO), a data and training company that takes a fresh perspective on the diversity of intelligence to include the Global South. Gamu specialises in strategic consultancy, coaching and training for startups, SMEs and Executive Leaders and has supported 200+ businesses worldwide and delivered workshops to 3,000+ learners

 

Nicola Strong has over 20 years’ experience working as a coach, facilitator, trainer, presenter and future thinker. As Co-founder of African Leadership Global (CTO), Nicola is exploring how human values inform digital innovation while appreciating societal needs. Examples of her current work include team adaptability, managing change, ethical AI research, collaborative knowledge-sharing initiatives and participating in the Alan Turing Institute Trustworthy Digital Identity Interest Group (Global South).
