Guest Bios

Pippa’s professional background is in secondary education; over 20 years of experience, holding pastoral and academic positions. In 2016, to achieve further flexibility to support her neuro-diverse children, she joined a local charity as a coach and trainer, helping parents and professionals who live or work with children with ADHD and Neurodiversity / ASD. In 2018 Pippa was diagnosed with ADHD and Neurodiversity, which highlighted the lack of understanding and services for women with the condition. She started 'The ADD-vantage' in 2020, offering support services specifically to women and girls with ADHD and Neurodiversity symptoms to help them understand and grow into their symptoms.
