An AC Coaching Conversation with Esther Barrett

ADHD and Neurodiversity Coaching are increasingly prevalent as more individuals receive diagnoses. However, many people seeking other types of coaching may also be neurodivergent, whether diagnosed or not.

She will also explore how awareness of neurodivergent traits can help us develop strategies to create the most effective coaching and supervision environments.
