Guest Bio

Frances Masters is the founder of Fusion Therapeutic Coaching, founding principal of the Integrated Coaching Academy and author of the trauma-focused book ‘PTSD Resolution’. She has been a coach-counsellor and trainer for over 20 years, with more than 30,000 hours of professional practice.

In 2008, Frances co-founded the Bedfordshire-based therapeutic coaching charity Reclaim Life and trained its volunteer coaches in the integrated model FUSION. That training later became the distance learner Therapeutic Coaching skills certificate and online diploma programmes (NCFE customised awards) along with the Mindfulness-Based Mind Management Skills Certificate. The Diploma is now in full alignment with high-level accreditation requirements of the Association for Coaching.
