Creating a Personal Health and Wellbeing Plan

In a time of need, rather than stepping into helping others, we need to first "put on our own oxygen mask" so that we are fully resourced to assist effectively. In this webinar, you will create your personal Health and Wellbeing Plan, as a critical part of being a good coach.

Speaker Bio

Anne Calleja is a Leadership Coach, NLP Psychotherapist, Accredited Coach and Therapy Supervisor. She is an active volunteer with the AC: Supervision Team Lead for Engagement and Development; Chair of Supervision Special Interest Group (SIG); regularly contributing to health and wellbeing conversations.

Jo Birch is an executive coach, supervisor, and accredited psychotherapist. She is passionate about developing coaches to be coaching supervisors and an active volunteer in the AC. Jo sees the inner journey as critical. It is by paying attention to our own development and well-being that we might best serve others.
