ACT Based Coaching

Our clients quality of life, health, wellbeing, and performance may be significantly improved if we can help them develop, and apply, the skills of unhooking themselves from their thinking, allowing and accepting their feelings and sensations and taking committed action in line with their values.

This state is known as psychological flexibility, which leads to the client spending more time in the present moment with the ability to see their life from the perspective of the observing self (in contrast to their narrative self).

This webinar series provides you with an introduction and overview of how to help your clients – and yourself – cultivate and apply more psychological flexibility.

In this 4-part webinar series you will learn:

  • The nature of psychological flexibility and how to cultivate it in yourself and others
  • How to develop the 6 skills of defusion, acceptance, presence, valuing, action and perspective taking
  • How “ACT based coaching” can be used as a holistic, integrated way of coaching
  • How “ACT based coaching” can help with health, wellbeing and performance improvement, resilience, emotional intelligence, self-actualisation, spiritual growth and flourishing

Who is this for?

New Coaches, Seasoned Coaches, Executive Coaches, Personal or Career Coaches, Health Coaches, Coaching Supervisors, Internal Coaches, HR /OD Professionals or Leader Coaches.
