Trauma and Menopause

While each person experiences both trauma and menopause individually, there is research showing that the symptoms of both can trigger similar, if not the same, reactions.

This can create a burdensome effect as a person works to understand the impact and effects of both experiences.

Our speaker, Aneesh de Vos, opens the conversation to reflect on adverse childhood experiences, trauma and menopause.

Drawing on research, Aneesh shares a compassionate pathway that uses developmental coaching, to work alongside people who are struggling with both trauma and menopause.

This interactive webinar looks at the need for societal understanding, how to provide support, and how to help reduce the stigma and isolation that can occur.

In this webinar you will learn:

  • How adverse childhood and trauma experiences can impact menopause
  • How developmental coaching can support clients to understand themselves through menopause
  • Why collaborative working is important when working with trauma and menopause
  • Why the conversation around trauma and menopause is important in relation to societal recognition

Who is this for?

New Coaches, Seasoned Coaches, Executive Coaches, Team Coaches, Personal or Career Coaches, Supervisors or Internal Coaches.
