This can create a burdensome effect as a person works to understand the impact and effects of both experiences. Our speaker, Aneesh de Vos, opens the conversation to reflect on adverse childhood experiences, trauma and menopause. Drawing on research, Aneesh shares a compassionate pathway that uses developmental coaching, to work alongside people who are struggling with both trauma and menopause. Speaker BioAneesh de Vos specializes in Trauma Informed Developmental Coaching. She offers supervision and training for other therapists. Her work is informed by compassion focused approaches, and she carries out independent research into CSA and the menopause and runs associated support groups.
